Phase 1
Rough Cleaning – We start by clearing out debris and construction leftovers, setting the stage for perfection.
Check list:
• Sweeping and vacuuming floors, walls, and ceilings to remove construction dust.
• Removing stickers and labels from windows, appliances, and fixtures.
• Initial cleaning of windows (inside) and wiping down window sills and frames.
• Wiping down all horizontal surfaces (countertops, shelves, and cabinets).
• Removal of any protective coverings (plastic, tape) from flooring, windows, and appliances.
• Sweeping balconies, entryways, and exterior surfaces.
Phase 2
Final Clean – This is where magic happens. From floor to ceiling, we scrub, polish, and perfect every surface, leaving behind nothing but sparkle.
Check list:
• Deep cleaning of windows and glass surfaces, including sills, tracks, and frames.
• Detailed cleaning of kitchen areas, including:
• Cleaning inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers.
• Polishing and wiping down countertops, sinks, and backsplashes.
• Wiping down and sanitising all appliances (inside and out).
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitising:
• Scrubbing tiles, grout, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.
• Polishing faucets, mirrors, and glass shower doors.
• Mopping and polishing hard floors (wood, tile, or vinyl).
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets (spot treatment for stains if necessary).
• Dusting and wiping light fixtures, switches, vents, and ceiling fans.
• Polishing metal fixtures (handles, knobs, railings).
• Vacuuming and wiping down all air ducts and HVAC vents
Phase 3
Touch-Up Cleaning – A final check and polish to guarantee every inch of your space shines.
Check list:
• Final polishing of mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
• Spot-cleaning of windows and mirrors to remove fingerprints or streaks.
• Final vacuuming and mopping of all floors to ensure no dust resettles.
• Last inspection of high-traffic areas for any touch-up needs.
