• Dusting and cleaning of door frames, light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
Final Clean
Final Clean : Before presentation or handover
• Deep cleaning of all horizontal surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and cabinets (inside and out).
• Vacuuming and mopping floors, ensuring no construction dust remains.
• Cleaning and polishing of all windows, window frames, and glass surfaces.
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms:
• Scrubbing and sanitizing of sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.
• Polishing mirrors, faucets, and glass doors.
• Cleaning of kitchen:
• Wiping down and polishing countertops, sinks, and backsplash.
• Cleaning inside and outside of cabinets and drawers.
• Polishing of appliances and cleaning behind/underneath if necessary.
• Polishing and dusting of light fixtures, switches, baseboards, and doors.
• Final touch-ups to ensure no debris, dust, or smudges remain.
